Fees + Insurance

I participate in out-of-network insurance. Your health insurance carrier may cover your psychotherapy services in full or part. I would suggest that you check your coverage and ask the following:

• Do you have mental health benefits?

• If so, do you have in-network or out-of-network benefits?

• If so, is there a deductible and has it been met by other medical services other than mental health?

• How many sessions per year does your health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Do you need approval from your primary physician? 

Payment

I accept check or credit card. You will be billed on a weekly basis, unless you have an alternate preference which we can discuss.

Cancellation Policy

You are responsible for your scheduled therapy appointments. I require advanced notice (24 hours) and will do my best to accommodate you if you need to reschedule, but if I cannot fill your time slot you will be responsible for the cost of your session. There are exceptions to this policy, which we can discuss.

Phone Consultation

An initial phone consultation is necessary for us to decide if we are a good fit to work together. I will ask you some questions about what prompted you to reach out to me at this particular time in your life and how I can be of help. It’s also a good time to discuss any of your concerns or particular requirements for a therapist. Ultimately the goal is to help you and I determine whether to schedule an initial in-person or video session.

 Monthly Rate for Individual- 2022

Individual Session Rate - 45 Minutes - $275 

Initial Consultation - $375 (One Time Fee - 60 Minute consultation)

Monthly Session Package - 4 Sessions at $275 = $1,100

Couples Session Rate 50 Minutes -  $300

Initial Consultation - $400 (One Time Fee - 60 Minute consultation)

Monthly Session Package - 4 Sessions at $300= $1,200

Weekly Rate for Individual- 2022
